In a rare function at Gargaar Multispecialty Hospital, Honourable President of the Republic of Somaliland His Excellency Mr. Muse Bihi Abdi greeted ten happy young children who were fortunate to successfully undergo exceptional heart procedures - closure of holes and rectification of defects in their hearts - for the first time in the history of the Republic of Somaliland. The procedure was performed by eminent Indian pediatric cardiologists at Indo Gargaar Metro Cardiac Center (IGMCC) at Gargaar Multispecialty Hospital. The occasion was graced by Mr. Ummer Minister of Health & Minister of Education.
